SRWare Iron vs. ChromePlus

Like i said ChromePlus provides the same and even MORE features than Comodo Dragon, and didnt got redesigned with cheap textures, i just dislike things that have awful design and failing design ideas, you don't understand it. Im interested in good ideas that get used right, im no Designer, but i sure can tell whats Mainstream, whats offstream, and whats just fucking ugly,
Opera doesn tlook that bad, i just hate what they did in Opera 10.50, i dislike the Opera Team, and what the Comodo Dragon team did with the chromium interface is just wrong, no thanks, i see no need to discuss this.
Opera needs a new lead Designer, Comodo Dragon.. just ignore that one.
Chromium itself doesnt look that well too, but at least they didnt screw it up like the Comodo Dragon team did, hell i couldn't believe my eyes, HOW THE FUCK DO YOU MAKE SO MANY ERRORS, just look at the images, the tabs, the shadows and the border window. Pixelated, phat border, wrong border, no border, wrong size, awful, if you still cant understand it im sorry, you dont seem to be interested in that, i dont want to keep discussing such a simple matter :)

Dragon is not actually that ugly to be honest with you, but it seemed to load faster for me.

Is it 'cuz of that adblocker I have enabled in CP?

It seems that this discussion is getting bigger. Personally I have nothing, BUT nothing wrong to say about Opera 10.50 interface. It is awesome, I don't know why Shenj says that it's awful. It is fully skinalbe, hell, even sizes of tabs/toolbars can be changed in settings (skin.ini). It's small and customizable, I can add buttons in interface, reposition bars. An interface of an application isn't only about colors and shit, it's about ergonomics and functionality. I find Opera's interface very friendly and easy to use. Don't like colors, just add a skin. You can even change all the icons which in Chromium is impossible without hacking some dll. Who has time to hack dlls ?
As Opera and Comodo are BIG companies, I am sure that they have both developers and designers. And if designers did the interface in this way, I am sure that they had a reason. I am no designer so I can't comment on other domain.
Think good thoughts. Speak good words. Take good actions.

On the topic of SRWare Iron versus Chromeplus....

There is a comparison with google chrome page now if no-one has noticed - http://www.chromeplus.org/chromeplus_pr ... .php?hl=en
similar to the one for Iron - http://www.srware.net/en/software_srwar ... s_iron.php

Thats one thing that convinced me to give Chromeplus a try instead.

I agree 10000% on all of this. Even more, Comodo Dragon disables the other skins, meaning no matter what skin you install it will keep all the horrible buttons, tabs and defects of it. Even worse, it will keep the white color of the tabs, so that if you install a skin designed with dark tabs and clear fonts, they will turn unreadable (white fonts over white tabs that never change).

I also agree with Opera. Version 10.5 is better, but still it is full of horrible concepts and the previous versions were directly rubbish. Opera people always claim they are top-noch but have kept (and still do) horrible and ancient designs in lots of elements and concepts. Apart from that, it is galaxies away in features and options from the best browsers such as Maxthon, Chrome/plus of even the dinosaur Firefox. I just think that no matters how fast or advanced they say it is, Opera is the worst of the popular ones. And always ugly. And the skins are 99% horrible.

FOr the rest, SRware and Comodo Dragon miss too many features that only Chromeplus offers, no matters how many extensions you install, many things are not available by any means. And concerning them being safer and more private... they don't realy provide big and convincing details.

At the moment, CHromeplus is the best and most complete and user friendly of all the Chrome versions.

Chromeplus is the nice option from the both. It has great features and functionalities so there is no problem to use it. Its really better than SRWare.
